Two important equipment vendor demonstrations are scheduled for the morning of January 10th at the Minneapolis equipment warehouse at 724B Harding Street NE.

At 9:00 am True Ballot, Inc will demonstrate its central scanner and IRV software system that could be used in combination with Minneapolis' existing precinct-based machines.

At 11:00 am Sequoia Voting Systems will demonstrate its IRV-capable systems that are scheduled for use in 2008 in California and Washington.

These presentations are open to the public. Please join us to see first-hand how IRV voting systems work and the options being considered to conduct Minneapolis' first IRV election planned for 2009.
