Highland Fest!  No parade at this one, dangit, but this event featuring art fare, carnival activities, live music, vendors of all types and family fun should be a good opportunity to capture St. Paul residents' signatures.  Short outings are set for Highland Fest.  In each case, we will meet 15 minutes in advance at Sisu Coffee and Tea at 649 Snelling Ave S.
