Extra Pale Ale WINS with 63% of the vote in the fourth round of Happy Gnome's first IRV Trial!

All first choices were tallied. Oatmeal Stout, Extra Pale Ale and Oktoberfest tied for first place with 7 votes each. Horizon Red Ale had 3 votes, Kosch 1 vote, and a write in - Northern Porter - garnered 2 votes. No brew had the needed votes to be declared winner.

Transfer round 1:  Kolsch, with fewest votes, was eliminated. The voter's second choice, Horizon Red Ale, picked up the vote. All votes were tallied again. There was no majority so another runoff was required.

Transfer round 2: Northern Porter was eliminated next. Oatmeal and Extra Pale picked up a vote each. All votes were tallied again. There was no majority so another runoff was required.

Transfer round 3: Horizon Red Ale, with 4 votes, was the lowest vote getter left, and eliminated. All votes went to Extra Pale Ale. Votes were tallied again. There was no majority so another runoff was required.

Transfer round 4: Oktoberfest was eliminated, and its 7 votes redistributed to next remaining choices from those ballots. Oatmeal picked up two votes, and Extra Pale 5 votes. All votes were tallied again. Extra Pale Ale had more than enough votes to become the majority favorite Summit brew!
